We bought a used Soft Tub from this outfit. It would not get hot. They said they would send the heater back to the manufacturer for repair. When it finally returned (they said they lost our phone number?) it was a different unit. A newer, better unit they said. Well, it didn't work either. Seems it had a wider pipe configuration. I asked for another heater. That appointment was made and never kept. Beware before you buy from this one.
