Excellent Customer Service

So after 13 years of driving my poor little Honda Civic was hit from behind by some teenage girl on her cell phone. Of course I was already having a bad day and you can imagine the frustration I felt when I realized that my car would not move and had to be towed. A friend of mine use to work for a body shop and told me once I should have my vehicle towed straight to a body shop to cut down on towing and storage costs pirated by tow companies. The tow truck driver arrived and I asked for a suggestion of which body shop to choose. He recommended Mike's and I went along with it. I let the tow truck driver tow my vehicle there, called my insurance company, got in a rental and made plans to call the shop first thing in the morning. By 8:10 Mike's was already calling me to tell me they received my vehicle and wanted authorization to do a tear down. When I asked them what they meant by that they clearly explained to me that they needed to take off the damaged bumper to see if there was any damage underneath. Of course I wanted a thorough examination so I had no problem giving the authorization. I was told that an estimator would call me within 48 hours to go over his assessment and to move forth with the repairs. The following morning I got a call from the estimator and he went all over the damage, told me how long it should take, and I gave them the authorization to start the repairs. Within the week I was called and told to that my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I went down to the shop I was mesmerized by the appearance of the office, very surprised to see how nice the inside of a body shop was. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and asked if I wanted the estimator to go over the repairs with me. The estimator came out, explained what they had done, and told me that if I had any problems to bring it right back in. I was impressed at the fact that you could not tell I had been in an accident, they even cleaned my vehicle for me and made it look nice for pickup. I would recommend Mike's Auto Body to all my friends and family.
